Both Creative Loafing and the AJC have reviewed Georgia Shakespeare’s Antony And Cleopatra. Both papers give the play mediocre reviews, but do praise the performances. While Creative Loafing praises the leads Chris Kayser and Tess Malis Kincaid, the AJC feels their performances fall flat and praises Carolyn Cook’s cameo and Joe Knezevich’s featured role as Octavius. Costuming also contrasts in the review. The AJC writes that they help define the characters while Creative Loafing states that the costume choices were confusing.
