Lying, scamming, swindling, cheating…the classics never go out of style. Fabrefaction Theatre Company is proud to present Moliere’s Tartuffe in a special limited-run production.
Banned in Versaille 348 years ago, the quintessential French comedy about deceit and seduction sparks to new life in this hilarious up-close-and-personal staging in the round. Molliere’s classic tells the story of Tartuffe, a swindler who uses a family’s trusting nature to try to steal their fortune, but not everyone is convinced.
FTC ratchets up the energy by staging this new production in the round with the audience just inches away from the actors (who will be strutting their stuff in powdered wigs and ornate neo-classical costumes). Limited seats, limited run!
Featuring: Chris Alonzo, Chase Anderson, Jane Bass, Kelly Criss, Whit Davies, Branden Hembree, Dave Lauby, Diane Mitchell, Heather Rule, and John Stanier
Directed by Christina Hoff

Costumes: Chelsea Knost
