Theatrical Outfit is proud to announce Two Drink Minimum, a world premiere comedy by William Balzer about families and the phone lines that bind them. October 25 through November 18, 2012 at the Balzer Theater at Herren’s, directed by Scott Warren, starring William S. Murphy, Susan Shalhoub Larkin and Matthew Myers.
A life-long journey between a boy and his mother through four stages of her life: the Great Depression, World War II, before her son got married and after her son got married. As he endures poignant and often comical growing pains, a boy becomes a man and his mother must learn to grow with her son and his family.

William S. Murphy
William previously appeared at Theatrical Outfit in Driving Miss Daisy, Around the World in 80 Days (Suzi Winner – Best Supporting Actor), A Confederacy of Dunces, The Chase, A Lesson Before Dying, and The God Committee (Suzi Winner – Best Ensemble). Bill just directed Our Town for The Renaissance Project, and can be seen with Colin Firth in the upcoming film Devil’s Know, directed by Atom Egoyan.
Susan Shalhoub Larkin
Susan was last seen at Theatrical Outfit in To Kill a Mockingbird. Other credits: Barbara Award – Best Actress in a Play for her role as Aida in Over the River and Through the Woods atAuroraTheatre. Co-founder: Center for Puppetry Arts, original company Theatre Atlanta, and Georgia Ensemble.Atlanta stage credits include Alliance Theatre, Art Station, Theatre in the Square, and Theater Emory. Matt is excited to be making his Theatrical Outfit debut in Two Drink Minimum. A graduate of the University of West Florida, Matthew has been performing in the Atlanta area for the past 13 years. Favorite Atlanta credits include Mojo at Dad’s Garage Theatre, 1940s Radio Hour with Theatre in the Square and Waiting for Godot with Theatre Gael.
