Stage Door Players Presents It’s A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play


STAGE DOOR PLAYERS, Dunwoody’s own professional theatre company, presents, “It’s A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play” aqdapted by Joe Landry, opening November 30, 2012 and running through December 16, 2012. Performance showtimes are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m., Sundays at 2:30 p.m.

This beloved American holiday film classic comes to captivating life as a live 1940s radio broadcast. With the help of a five member ensemble that brings a few dozen characters to the stage, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds right before our very eyes (and ears) as he considers ending his life one fateful Christmas Eve.

Featuring Erin Burnett, Mark Gray, Tony Larkin, Marcie Millard, and Jacob York, the show is directed by Justin Anderson. The design team includes Jim Alford (Costume Design), Dan Bauman (Sound Design), George Deavours (Wig Design), Courtney Loner (Production Manager), Chuck Welcome (Scenic Design), Hampton Whatley (Technical Director), and John David Williams (Lighting Design).
