Off Broadway’s Hottest Rock Musical Murder Ballad Plays at Actor’s Express


Actor's Express TheaterIllicit love, lust and betrayal take the stage in Murder Ballad running at Actor’s Express November 8 through December 7, 2014. Called a “savvy…guilty pleasure” by The New York Times, this sexy rock musical will keep audiences guessing until its breathless final moments. Actor’s Express Artistic Director Freddie Ashley directs Murder Ballad following up on his recent rock musical successes The Rocky Horror Show, Bloody, Bloody Andrew Jackson and Spring Awakening. The ensemble features Atlanta newcomer Kristen Browne, Jeremy Harrison (AE’s Maple and Vine) and Kevin Harry (AE’s The Rocky Horror Show, Aurora’s Les Miserables) as members of a New York City love triangle and Jessica De Maria (Aurora’s Mary Poppins and Les Miserables) as the sultry narrator detailing a story of true love gone awry.
